Massage purpose

       Massage; whether traditional massage, Thai massage, reflexology massage, SPA massage and so on have the same purpose which is treatment to facilitate the movement or blood flow in the body. There are massage therapists who inherit massage from family or lineage, there are also those who study specifically and those who combine both to make massage more effective. Massage therapists usually use the palms, thumbs, fingers, elbows, knuckles and sometimes the feet to apply pressure to the muscles and to the appropriate places.

        When practiced correctly, massage can speed up the healing process of injured muscles by increasing the supply of oxygen to the damaged muscles. Traditional Malay massage is the practice of the Malays in Malaysia since centuries.
