Cupping

Definition and Purpose of Cupping.

Cupping is a method of removing toxins by removing dirty blood from the surface of the skin as practiced by the Prophet SAW. During the time of Prophet Muhammad SAW, practitioners used buffalo or cow horns, camel bones and elephant tusks.

The cupping technique is a process of removing dangerous dirty blood (toxins/poisons) from the body through the skin. Toxins are poisons/chemicals that cannot be processed by the body. Dirty blood is blood that contains toxins/poisons, or clotted blood that blocks blood circulation so that the circulatory system cannot run smoothly. This situation will little by little interfere with health, both physical and mental. As a result, you will feel lethargic, moody, restless, have a headache and always feel unwell, get bored easily, and lose your temper easily. Coupled with wind that is difficult to remove from the body, as a result the body will be prone to diseases such as influenza and can cause chronic pain such as stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, and even mental disorders.

Toxins in the human body can come from:

1.     Air pollution.

2.     Fast food because it contains chemicals that are not good for the body such as preservatives, dyes, essences, flavorings, etc.

3.     Agricultural products such as pesticides (insecticides, fungicides, herbicides).

4.     Bad habits such as smoking, irregular/clean eating, unbalanced eating, too hot or cold, too acidic, etc.

5.     Chemical drugs because they have the effect of damaging organs or normal microbes in the body.

The purpose of cupping is to remove dirty blood from the body that is believed to be harmful as well as to reduce the risk of experiencing adverse symptoms that may cause a decline in health. Cupping is believed to help:

1.     Remove toxins and excess fluid.

2.     loosen the tissues that have been attached.

3.     Lifting connective tissue intermediate tissue).

4.     Improves blood flow in muscles and fascia.

5.     Stimulate the peripheral nervous system.

BENEFITS OF CUPPING.

1.     Helps to get rid of dizziness and migraine.

2.     Helps remove wind in the body, relieve breathing and the excretory system.

3.     Helps break down fat.

4.     Helps to restore the tension of neck veins, shoulder blades, waist and joint veins in the legs.

5.     Helps prevent numbness in the legs and helps relieve a stroke.

6.     Removes toxic blood and improves blood circulation.

All the benefits mentioned above depend on the individual. Some have experienced one or even part of it. The treatment should be done several times until results are visible.
